Citysearch helps you find local businesses in your city and neighborhood. They collect ratings and reviews of local businesses and service providers.
You can use your Facebook account to post a review. From our listing:

Foursquare lets you check-in at our location, track the places you visit, and leave tips for others. You can log in with your Facebook account.
