During the past few months lawyers from Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers have been recognized in numerous national, regional and state publications as being amongst the “best” lawyers in Chattanooga and Tennessee.

While we are honored by those selections we need to point out that our firm did not buy any $395.00 plaques or purchase expensive self-securing articles in said publications. Our lawyers were chosen to be included based on unsolicited recommendations by fellow attorneys with whom we have tried cases with and against.

In addition to the selection of Jerry H. Summers in criminal law, Jimmy Rodgers in products liability (mesothelioma and asbestos) and Marya Schalk as a rising star we are proud to announce that Jeffrey W. Rufolo has been selected to become a member of one of the most prestigious national honoraries for his work representing injured parties in the personal injury field. Because he has not been formally inducted into said honorary no public announcement of Jeff’s recognition can be made at this time. Nevertheless we are proud that he has been selected and joins only twelve practicing Chattanooga attorneys in said group, including Jerry H. Summers, who was inducted into the membership in 1988.

Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers is also proud of the honors bestowed on these four lawyers because they were achieved without purchasing expensive radio and television time that often is deceptive and included fraudulent misrepresentations.
